Job Descriptions:-

• Knowledgeable in Plating process and able to solve plating defects.
• Familiar with Plating equipment problem troubleshooting.
• Knowledgeable in chemical titration.
• Liaise with customer on the process improvement, Plating issue and visit.
• Ensuring equipment PM and calibration procedure are maintained and implemented.
• To ensure critical spares inventory is well maintained
• To train subordinate on equipment set up, conversion and troubleshooting
• Able to liaise with 3^rd party audit.
• Highlight to superior on any activities in the company that may be contrary to the environmental and Safety policy.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Chemical  or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese
• With minimum 1 year working experience at Plating process.
• Competent and knowledge in problem solving & statistical tools, eg, 8D, 5Why, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, DOE, MSA etc.
• Good analytical skill, strong leadership and motivated person.
• Full Time Position base in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia
