• Conduct DL operational training, generate the process checklist and theory test paper for operators' certification purpose.
• Coordinate on Induction schedule and other internal courses to operators.
• Provide guidance in developing training material and training aids.
• Execute any operative & non-operative training improvement plans to meet the project objectives.
• Supervise a pool of trainers in performing operational training to meet organizational objectives.
• Assist in coordinating / implementing non-operative training courses (internal & external)

Job Requirements

• SPM/STPM/Certificate, preferably with training certificate/engineering/production or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably with 2 years training experience in related manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Ms Office is required for the above position.
• Ability to build good working relationship with others/work group and possess strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels.
• Full Time position base in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia
