Job Description :
  • To direct, coordinate and implement the training methodology and development to meet the company’s set standards.
  • To make continuous improvement on operative & non-operative training methodology.
  • Adopt effective Training Needs Analysis and deploy smart training measurement upon completion of training.
  • Ensure operative & non-operative trainings are planned and executed per established procedures to support existing operations and new business transfers.
  • To create the right environment and plan for continuous development & training for subordinates.
  • Regular review of training procedures to ensure relevance and compliance to set standard.
  • Keep management continually updated on the progress of training dept activities, accomplishments and key focuses.
  • Supervise and manage the training team from various subsidiaries in meeting departmental key results and customer satisfactions.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent academic background.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of hands-on working experience in semiconductor environment and equipped with some technical knowledge.
  • Required Skill(s): Technical Upskilling Program, Talent Management, Workforce Transformation & Leadership Development.
  • Fair knowledge in Industry 4.0 & its training requirements.
  • Strong leadership, independent and a team player.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
  • Full Time position base in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia
