Business & Operations Director / Sr. Director

Job summary:

To manage the overall operations of the subsidiary company to achieve short term goals and long term objectives in accordance with the defined objectives as determined by the Management and Board Of Directors.

Academic Qualification & Experience:

- Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics/ Physics /Microelectronics /Mechatronics /Semiconductor Technology)

- More than 5 years experienced in semiconductor industry.

- Knowledge and exposure in Power Semiconductor Devices.

- Experienced in overall Front End & Back End Processes

- Experienced in managing & supporting Industry 4.0 / digitalization projects and familiar with semiconductor workflow automation.

- Full Time Position base in Bayan Lepas, Penang
