Job Description:
- To plan, direct and co-ordinate the activities of the department in ensuring department objective and key results are met through the effective utilization of resources with the ultimate goal of total customer satisfaction.
- Motivation of subordinates towards self-improvement and better job performance.
Job Requirement:
- Degree with minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Master in overall Planning & Purchasing System and process to suit to business processes
- Good in Business Planning to maintain and fulfill customer order
- Familiar with government rules such as Custom Malaysia
- Master in inventory system for all type of materials (direct, indirect materials, accessories etc)
- Knowledge in Physical Count and reconciliation
- Analytical thinking and effective problem solving
- Familiar with Code of Conduct and Code of Interest
- Good in negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills
- Possess leadership skill to coach and guide subordinates as well as managing the department
- Able to formulate, evaluate and propose short, medium and long term strategy to attain company’s goal and objective
- Able to convey and get buy in on goals and expectations
- Full Time position basein Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia
