Job Description:

  • To plan, direct and co-ordinate the activities of the department in ensuring department objective and key results are met through the effective utilization of resources with the ultimate goal of total customer satisfaction.
  • Motivation of subordinates towards self-improvement and better job performance.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree with minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Master in overall Planning & Purchasing System and process to suit to business processes
  • Good in Business Planning to maintain and fulfill customer order
  • Familiar with government rules such as Custom Malaysia
  • Master in inventory system for all type of materials (direct, indirect materials, accessories etc)
  • Knowledge in Physical Count and reconciliation
  • Analytical thinking and effective problem solving
  • Familiar with Code of Conduct and Code of Interest
  • Good in negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Possess leadership skill to coach and guide subordinates as well as managing the department
  • Able to formulate, evaluate and propose short, medium and long term strategy to attain company’s goal and objective
  • Able to convey and get buy in on goals and expectations
