Career Opportunities - ENCAP Equipment Engineer

(Wire Bond / Die Attach / Encapsulation / Sawing / FOL or EOL Experience)

Job Descriptions:-

• Knowledgeable in Encap / Asymtek and able to solve the defects.
• Familiar with Encap / Asymtek equipment problem troubleshooting.
• Liaise with customer on the process improvement, Encap issue and visit.
• Ensuring equipment PM and calibration procedure are maintained and implemented.
• To ensure critical spares inventory is well maintained
• To train subordinate on equipment set up, conversion and troubleshooting
• Highlight to superior on any activities in the company that may be contrary to the environmental and Safety policy.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic).
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• With minimum 2 years working experience at Encap/Asymtek equipment.
• Able to support tech to cover line in case emergency
• Competent and knowledge in problem solving & statistical tools, eg, 8D, 5Why, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, DOE, MSA etc.
• Good analytical skill, strong leadership and motivated person.
• Full Time Position base in Bayan Lepas, Penang
